About
I founded my law firm in 1997 based on a very simple idea: exceeding clients’ expectations. Why would an attorney start with that vision as a base to build a practice?I grew up on a cattle ranch in the Florida Heartland, working hard with my hands day in and out when I was not in school; baling hay in season, farming, herding cattle, building fences, and working on equipment. Growing up in a working environment taught me the value of an honest day’s labor, and to value the hard-working men and women who got up every day to make a living for themselves and their families. As a young man, my world view was pretty simple. Dishonesty was not tolerated, wiggle words did not exist on the ranch, and you knew to avoid people whose words did not match their actions. The idea of a “lawsuit” just didn’t feel right. Suing for insurance coverage? It just did not make sense that those companies that bought all those TV ads convincing us that they were good neighbors or had good hands would fail to be fair to people who were hurting financially and physically.Fast forward to 1991, when I started working as a law clerk while in law school. I was lucky enough to get a job working in a law firm, and knew I would get some good working experience while I completed my studies. The firm I worked with didn’t do anything but plaintiff’s injury law – representing people who were injured due to the negligence of others. At first, I just looked at it as a job where I could hone my legal skills, and learn how to be an attorney. I quickly realized I was helping good, honest, hard-working people (the type of people I grew up around) navigate a system that was designed to take advantage of their lack of information and experience regarding how insurance companies handle claims. I learned that insurance companies have armies of well-trained lawyers, adjusters, and layers of management, whose full-time job is to save the company as much money as possible. It was, and is, an unfair playing field, that working people cannot compete fairly in without help.I have dedicated my life to helping people compete fairly, in a system where insurance companies write the contracts and spend millions influencing legislators to draft laws in their favor. I have also chosen to refrain from billboard and TV advertising, believing that if you do an outstanding and honest job, you will be successful, and people will hear about you by word of mouth. There is no other option for my firm. I remain true to that vision, as it was ingrained in my youth.

Ron is a kind and knowledgeable attorney. He has helped me navigate legal matters on more than one occasion. I would not consider another attorney if I or a loved one was injured in an accident. You will not meet an attorney with a kinder or calmer disposition and you will have a friend for life.
He has compassion and goes that extra mile throughout the case. He listens and works hard while being very honest and kind. I'm grateful that I hired him, and I appreciate his hard work. Thanks so much to him and the successful outcome! I highly recommend him!
Mr. Croft and his staff have been nothing but a Blessing to my family and I. He was polite, understanding and well knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for any better representation. His integrity was evident in every email, phone call, and office visit. Mrs. Luba was detailed and pleasant during every transaction. I would refer Mr. Croft and his staff to everyone that I encounter that is in need because they will take care of you like family. Thank you so much from the Hill Family.
I didn't want to hire a lawyer after I got in an accident. But as my medical bills racked up, and I had difficulty juggling therapy, pain, career, marriage, and kids... a friend sternly told me, "you really need to talk to Ron Croft. He helped my wife and I. He'd help you, too." I looked at other lawyers, but wasn't comfortable. There is no comparison when you see past the smoke and mirrors. My family even tried to convince me I should negotiate with the insurance companies myself to save the lawyer's fees. I still wasn't comfortable. I ended up hiring Ron on the spot, and I was so glad I did. I started to drop those balls in my life, and he was there every step of the way to make sure he understood the changes, and how they could affect my case. We weren't all about "making money off of the accident." And he's not that type of lawyer. However, he got me what I deserved and what I needed to recoup after getting my life back on track, which was a good amount after all other expenses were paid. His office even negotiates to get medical bills reduced, which astounded my husband. In the end, Ron recommended we accept the settlement offer and not go to trial. But, if I had wanted to, he would have tried the case himself. Other lawyers stipulate in their contracts that if a case requires litigation, their clients would be referred to someone else. People like Ron. Personally, I'd like to have a person like Ron handle my entire case beginning to end. You never know what can happen or how things will go. My case was not as large as some of the cases he's tried (check out some of the verdicts and settlements on his website!), but I still got the personal service I expected. Justice was served. I felt fairly compensated for the past and more prepared in case things get worse in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Ron to my closest friends and family, as well as anyone in all of Florida. He's that good.
I have known Mr. Ron Croft for some time and have found him to be honest and have all the qualifications that I look for in an attorney. He is a man you can trust to do everything within his abilities to win you case.
