Hired Roger to sell my beverage mfg business in Orange County, CA. He is hard charging, gets to the point, does not waste anyone's time, is extremely knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I found his advice in other disciplines solid such as negotiating the RE lease. Whereas in a large firm I would have had to use whoever was on staff for RE, employee law etc Roger brought to the table his time tested experts who gave quick solid answers. What is even better is he brings the common sense solutions that only a seasoned professional can do. His "been there, done that" knowledge worked to my benefit in negotiations, planning, paperwork & reduced number of hours spent. I would hire him again.
