He assisted me with a Ch 7 bk that was much more complex than a run-of-the-mill bankruptcy because it involved both business and personal assets. His fees were twice what other discounted attorneys were charging, but he serves as a bankruptcy Trustee and clearly has a thorough knowledge of the process. He mentioned some special clauses that helped alleviate my biggest problems and I shared some of that with other "discount" attorneys when I was quoting and they had no idea what I was talking about. For my situation, it was worth the money to have him represent me because I could be certain it was done properly and there were no "suprises" which do not seem to be unusual for those in this unfortunate circumstance.
