About
It is a privilege to help people with health problems secure benefits for which they are entitled. My focus as a lawyer is to help clients navigate government and insurance claim systems to obtain the assistance they deserve.People would rather work than endure bad health that keeps them from working. However, when medical care is not successful, a person should be able to have a measure of security and peace with an assured income. This is not welfare – rather it is making a claim for benefits paid for through their payroll deductions and premiums. After the government or an insurance company has originally said no in denying an application for disability benefits, I welcome the challenge of getting an unfavorable decision reversed in favor of the client.

Mr. Driskill is a brilliant and very experienced Disability Lawyer and a great gentlemen who cares about his clients I had SSI, but I wanted SSDI. Mr. Driskill first won in federal court by remanding the first partially favorable decision to be reviewed by the same ALJ. Then he won my SSDI with same Judge. Absolutely the best Disability Lawyer in a Midwest who leads a professional team that cares about people with disabilities.
Mr. Driskill and Mr. Sciolaro were so caring and thoroughly helpful in a process that is so stressful. I would recommend them to anyone needing help in disability law.
I brought him what was called a "slam dunk" case. The communication was sparse, I rarely received any updates and he does not use email, so that makes it increasingly difficult. The entire process seem to go extremely slow. Due to the lack of communication, I assumed it to be an issue with Mr. Driskill. To be fair it could have been out of his control, but you can draw your own conclusion. I could have dealt with all of that, if I had gotten the results I was promised. Instead, in return for 2 years of churn, I didn't receive any of the compensation I was due.
Good luck with this team to call you back and keep you up dated. We questioned them about my appeal and about paper work disability sent they couldn't answer told us Mr. Driskill would call back the next day I got a letter in the mail saying they no longer wanted my case. They left my case in the middle of an appeal they filed in April 2014 .I am still waiting for an appeal date.
