Mr. Hannah immediately calmed me and explained his strategy. Mr. Hannah is a very articulate individual and I strongly recommend him for all Employment needs. He was always available and never too busy. Made me feel like I was important. Thank you Mr Hannah
I don't have enough words to describe how amazing the experience with Attorney Hannah was. He work very hard to make sure you have winning results. I could not have asked for better services. From the moment I first called until my case was over, I was at ease that I have made the right choice. Thank you again Attorney Roderick Victor Hannah
I recently met with Mr. Hannah to discuss my EEOC discrimination case, against a governmental agency. I explained to Mr. Hannah that we needed to file the case within 90 days, but he explained to me that if he doesn’t meet the deadline we have a 4 year statue of limitation to file. Mr, Hannah was very knowledgeable, professional, organized, and gave me his undivided attention. After our consultation, I hired Mr. Hannah to represent me. Mr. Hannah explained the process and kept me abreast throughout the case. Approximately two weeks later, Mr. Hannah sent me an email informing me of the steps and that he needed to speak to me for clarification before he generate the complaint. Mr. Hannah stated he would generate the complaint and send it to me for his review. After our second meeting, Mr. Hannah said that he reviewed most of my case file and had a few questions. I answered his questions and he stated he would work in my civil complaint and email me a draft to review. During that conversation, I asked Mr. Hannah could he make sure that we meet the deadline. Mr. Hannah also ordered my case file from the EEOC and said he’ll work on my complaint. Three days before the deadline, Mr, Hannah sent me an email stating that he needed to ask more questions about my case before he generate my civil complaint. Mr. Hannah explained that he will not be able to meet my deadline on September 5th, 2021. Mr. Hannah explained that he will be going out of town on vacation and won’t be back until September 17,2021. Mr. Hannah and I spoke, I believe on September 2, 2021 regarding my case. Mr. Hannah stated that after careful review of my case, he believe that I needed a civil rights attorney and workers Comp attorney and he didn’t feel comfortable moving forward on my case. He offered to assist me with finding an attorney. Initially, I declined because I was going back to California, but I decided to stay in Florida, I sent Mr. Hannah an email requesting his assistance in finding an attorney. Although I was disappointed that he didn’t represent me, I appreciate the effort made in assisting me. Mr. Hannah refunded my retainer fees, and files. He also sent a nice letter breaking down his cost, statue of limitations date, and explaining what type of lawyer that I needed. I really wished that Mr. Hannah would have pursued my case and hired a Civil rights attorney to assist him. He has proven himself to be trust worthy and that’s my biggest fear I hiring the right attorney. I have confident that he would have prevailed i my case, but I certainly respect his decision. Although it didn’t work out, I would still recommend his services. Again, thank you
shortly after my contact email, his secretary called and made an appointment two days later. I came, he saw my paperwork and took the case. What a relief. On our way !!
Rod represented me in a wrongful termination case. This was very personal to me and I can't say how caring and helpful he was. Highly recommend and would refer him to any of my family and friends!
I had a tax case against my previous employer and Rod was very patient with me throughout the entire process. He would always take the time to speak to me and help me understand the process. I could definitely count on him to be honest and straight forward.
As a client of Rod I found him to be a very honest professional attorney. Looked out for my best interest Was forthcoming and truthful, Dependable and always reachable. I most certainly would recommend him to a friend.
Miami, FL Rod is an ethical attorney well-versed and highly experienced in the area of employment law. I retained him for a very significant issue involving my employment with a company of 9+ years. I was a top performing employee who was clearly experiencing "gender discrimination" and retaliatory treatment soon after reporting my superior who threatened my job if I wasn't willing to promote in a certain manner which was illegal. It wasn't an easy decision to move forward as I knew my livelihood was dependent upon the outcome. Rod was empathetic and cautious yet relentless in his pursuit seeking the best potential outcome for my future as a professional. My former company and I settled due to Rod's expertise in employment law and his vigorous focus in making certain my case was resolved in a fair and equitable manner based upon my experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone experiencing any type of discrimination or retaliation when employees complain -- either internally or to an outside body like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) -- about workplace discrimination or harassment. You are in "good hands" with Rod!!
Rod Hannah is the exception to the 'perception' many folks have about attorneys. After engaging another attorney for an wrongful termination case, and exhausting time and significant resources- I crossed paths with Mr. Hannah. At the time, I was emotionally and financially exhausted, both by my former employer and the poor representation I initially engaged. Rod was kind, fair, and accurately advised the possible scenarios I would encounter as we progressed in the process. In my opinion, legal issues are always stressful, but being prepared and anticipating what we were facing, significantly reduced that stress. Mr Hannah is bright, articulate and one of the best strategic thinkers I know. I genuinely believe he provided me with the level of guidance and kindness you would expect if a close family member were representing you. His advice was sound and well intentioned. Ultimately we resolved my situation and I will always be thankful for the excellent professional representation and decency that Mr. Hannah extended.
