I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we have five wonderfully challenging children and one grandson. After limiting my law practice to Trust and Estate Planning for many years, I recently lost both of my parents and implemented their planning. I'm glad to say it worked pretty darn well. I've devoted my career to doing effective estate planning for other individuals and families that truly speaks for them when they can no longer speak for themselves. Targeted legal counsel and advice can make so much difference when accessed at plan design and through teh update and maintenance phase and at settlement (whether for disability or death). Not too much time and expense but just enough to know what to do when and why it can be so good for your loved ones.
