Seventeen years of health care industry experience, including twelve years representing health care clients in a broad range of contractual, corporate governance, litigation and regulatory matters. Strategic problem-solver with ability to work across all levels of an organization, and deep familiarity with the issues facing non-profit teaching and research institutions. Leader in health law bar with experience teaching health law at a respected academic institution and serving in high-level positions within national and local health law associations.  In current position, duties include oversight of legal affairs, technology transfer, and government affairs departments and management of outside counsel relationships.
