Ten years ago I hired Attorney Robyn Briatico for a messy divorce that I was about to enter. The first time I met with her was on a Saturday morning. She came into the office to meet with me and listen to my situation. I knew at that point that she was the lawyer I wanted to represent me. She cared about what I was going through and I knew she was going to fight for me. She wasn’t afraid or intimidated by the battle that she was going to have to fight. She stood by my side through my abuse, divorce and restraining order. Every time I called her or sent her an email she always responded immediately. Any hours of the day she was very responsive. She provided me with good advice and looked out for my best interest and the interest of my young children. When I finalized my divorced she told me she would always be there for me if I needed anything. Who really believes that? Well, I do. Ten years later I called Attorney Robyn Briatico for some advice. Without hesitation Attorney Robyn Briatico answered my call phone. It brought tears to my eyes to know that she meant what she said. If you want a lawyer who is honest, listens to you, fights for you, caring and knowledgeable Attorney Robyn Briatico is your person. Thank you Robyn for all of your support through the years!

I have worked with many attorney's in my life, but none with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion that Robyn provides. She truly cares about her clients, is always accessible and fights hard to get results. I used her for a modification, and only wish I had known her earlier for the initial divorce where I gave up much more than I needed too, and then struggled to stay compliant. A divorce is an emotional time and Robyn is an expert at helping to filter through the emotions, deal with the facts, understand your rights and fight to get a deal that's logical. My situation was really tough with changes in my life and income years after the original divorce which I thought would never get resolved. But Robyn was there to work through it all and set me back on track. A real life-saver! I highly recommend her in every way!

Going through a divorce is not easy, and the choosing the right attorney is hugely important. I am writing this recommendation for Robyn Briatico because, without question, she is the best divorce attorney in the business. Here’s why. First and foremost, she answers phone calls and returns messages promptly. This seemingly common sense approach is rarely done consistently. Robyn walks the talk here. She is clear and understandable, and works exceptionally hard on your behalf. She’s not a blind supporter in the sense that if you ask for unreasonable demands, she will tell you your strategy will backfire. Moreover, when your emotions get the best of you, Robyn has no problem counseling you, advising you. She is warm-hearted and sincere, yet fierce in your support when needed. She has your back at all times. As some attorneys use delaying, game playing or other hardball tactics, these are easily met with a sophisticated and effective response by Robyn. For example in my case, the opposing attorney conveniently failed to reply in a timely manner, seems like there was always a lot of “confusion” right before we went to court the next morning. If that meant we had to get on the phone at midnight to go over the details (something the opposing side expected us not to do), Robyn simply would say “yeah, no surprise, let’s just talk this out.” Robyn is also an excellent judge of character. She accurately saw that all the verbal deals, assurances, and promises made by my now ex-wife (that I believed) were complete lies. The result? Robyn recognized this pattern of behavior would be a long term problem post-divorce for me and, having my back without my having to ask for it, she documented the largest divorce settlement she’s ever produced. I received a divorce settlement with no detail left undefined and I am so thankful now that I have this all in writing. This was something she could have easily skipped, but she didn’t. Robyn goes above and beyond, is fair-minded, fierce when challenged, and an all-around excellent person. Anyone who needs a lawyer should give her a call and have a conversation. That’s how I started, and it’s made a major positive impact on my life. Thank you Robyn!

I have been lucky enough to have Robyn Briatico as my lawyer for over 4 years. I am writing this not because I got everything...but because Robyn was and has been there for me and fair. I always had an understanding of what I was walking in to, what I needed to consider and she took the time to help me get through the legal language and figure out what would be best for my family. She has always taken my calls on weekends or long after most lawyers would have gone home. Robyn has given me advice and guidance- at times I didn't want to hear - but always truthful. She is responsive - to the point where I could get a call back at anytime 1 AM or any time I reached out, she is reliable - I work as well and I don't work the hours she does, but she always made sure our paperwork was done or that I got her info she needed to file anything (she kept me on my toes) - Robyn is trustworthy - not just because she is my lawyer but because I as her client feel that way !! I would recommenced her to anyone looking for a champion and trying so hard just to do the right thing - she can guide you.

Dear Attorney Robyn Briatico, There is not enough paper in the universe to allow me to even remotely print the prose of praise for the job you did in saving my life and representing my interests during this very emotional and painful life experience. I thank God everyday that I found you on the Internet. I had spoken to several attorneys already and was on the fence about employing any of them. From the minute we spoke, I knew that I could trust you. You sounded professional, competent and most importantly, compassionate with a healthy dose of realism. And you maintained those qualities throughout the whole difficult ordeal. As we now live in a digital age, I have no excuse and gladly take this time to thank you for the great job you did in handling my divorce and offer specifics where you deserve an A+. Let's start with your impressive knowledge of the archaic, and downright father unfriendly code of laws which the Commonwealth has on the books to handle these civil probate matters. Though the deck is stacked against men in general, there is always some lee-way, or gray area so to speak. And, it is unique to each client and their situation. A great attorney like yourself, did her best work there. You were able to keep the lines of communication open during contentious times and continually facilitated the negotiating process. If it took longer than expected, the fault is all mine due to a severe case of the "footus draggans". The divorce decree is more than fair in regards to visitation, division of assets and child support, especially under Massachusetts law. It is something much better than could have been hoped for, even if left to a favorable judge. You saved my life because you listened and heard what I had to say. And I had a lot to say, loudly sometimes. You were better than a therapist because you actually helped me to alleviate the source of my discontent. You stood up for me when I needed a strong advocate to push back against half truths and distortions of the reality. Just as important, throughout the whole ordeal, you never once told me what I wanted to hear but always what I needed to hear. The fault lies with a client who doesn't understand that you don't write the laws. Your there to represent their interests and you did a commendable job for me. Men are in for a legal battle when it comes to these matters under the Commonwealths laws and thankfully you were in my corner. I will always be indebted with gratitude and hopefully not too much money:) Thank you, David

I don't know where to begin other than to say that this attorney never fought for one single thing that I asked for in the divorce. She caved at every turn, made side deals with the opposing attorney, which I didn't find out about until after the agreement was signed. She was also going to let my ex get away with paying less child support than the guidelines until I found her calculations and said something. She never even spoke to the judge about what was really important to me. She was so consumed with making sure that she looked good in the judge's eyes, that she didn't care what my child and I wanted or needed to survive this divorce. My ex should be paying her bill, he walked away with absolutely everything.
