Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

Hired for a support modification in early 2010. She took a $2000 retainer and vanished. I mean that. VANISHED. You couldn't find this woman with a 6 man search party. Her office staff was always irked when I called, and ultimately said she had more important clients than I, which is why she had not even filed with the court 6 months after our initial engagement. After a complaint to the Florida bar, I was able to recover $940 from her, but take seriously these other reviews. This attorney is unethical and ineffective.

Her paralegal knows more than she does. On the day of the signing, she even didnt know where she should sign. I will be filing complain with the Florida Bar to make sure people knows what kind of a lawyer she is. She charges $350 per hour but you get nothing for that.
