I was under a K1 visa to come here in America from Philippines. After that I got married to an American and filed an Adjustment of Status. My 2 years Green Card got denied Last May 05, 2015 then my ex husband filed a divorced after my case got denied. I am an Urder Vawa to file my 10 year Green Card Resident. I went to Domestic Abuse Intervention Sevices (DAIS) last May 2015 to ask for help and they gave me Rise Law Center Office address to handle my case. Atty. Robin Dalton was the one of my immigration lawyer. She was so nice when I talked to her for the first time and she listens me well. She is very capable and intelligent woman. We went through to file a vawa case started September 2015 and I got my 10 year Green Card March 2018. It took so long but it was worth it. We had to be patience all the way. I am very Thankful to Atty. Robin for helping my case. Thank you for your efforts and dedications. God knows you are an amazing lawyer and how thankful I am to you. You saved my case to be legal in this country. I really really appreciate it a lot. Thank you very much Atty. Robin Dalton.
Robin Dalton provided support with getting my permanent residency permit (10 year green card). When I was referred to Robin, I only had a temporary green card that was about to expire, and I was going through a highly contested divorce from an abusive husband. Robin helped me get my case together. She filed all the paperwork, and several months later my new green card was mailed to me. I did not even have to go to an interview. I will use the services of this attorney again to apply for citizenship.
My work permit was denied twice and I found Robin on AVVO. She took the time to read through my papers and explained to me what error was in my paperwork. I just got my work permit - thank you Robin!
I was referred to Robin after my previous attorney messed up my case and I ended up in court to be deported. I was so grateful to have someone knowledgeable explain to me what was going on and how we could reopen and fix my case. I am now a U.S. Citizen and have a great job after working with Robin for the last 5 years. She helped me when I had nothing to get my green card, citizenship and my children's green cards too. Robin answered all my questions, kept the immigration process smooth, and was always genuinely interested in my well being. She is incredibly dedicated and when she cannot call me back she makes sure another attorney or paralegal keeps me updated on my case. After my previous experience I know how important it is to make sure you have an intelligent and experienced attorney work on your immigration case. I cannot express how grateful and lucky I and my family are to have met her. I would not go to anyone else and make sure any family and friends go to Robin.
I want to thank attorney Robin. I was staying at a shelter and had no options, no family, some support from the shelter, no hope. My social worker contacted atttorney Robin. I was scared and she was so patient and kind to me. She helped me get me get my social security number and permission to work and drive, and went with me to interview for my greencard. I was finally free and from since I met attorney Robin I got a job and am now a manager and taking classes for my degree. She is the best person I know.
Robin helped us when our grandson's citizenship papers were lost. She answered all our questions and was so conscientious. She gave us several options and was so reasonable and knowledgeable.
I “hired” Rise Law Center for a VAWA Case in September 2019, and that service was never even started after several months. Due to NO Action by your part, I officially fired you on January 31, 2020. You signed the fired and refund request letter as received and I have proof of everything. My refund was never received. If I don’t receive my refund of $1,500.00 dollars within 10 days from today’s date (January 20, 2022), I will be filling a grievance with the Office of Lawyer Regulation against attorney Robin Dalton by January 30, 2022. You took advantage of a newly single mother that was victim of domestic violence and took my hard earned money and ghosted me. I won’t rest until I have my money back and you get punished for you malpractice.

I am very Thankful to Atty. Robin for helping my case. Thank you for your efforts and dedications. God knows you are an amazing lawyer and how thankful I am to you.
