He represented successfully creditors in one of the largest bankruptcy cases ever filed in New Mexico.He has represented clients in bankruptcy courts in Texas, New Mexico, Delaware, New York, California, Illinois, Virginia, and Tennessee. He also represents creditors, and occasionally debtors, in state court claims and litigation, including collection, receiverships, sequestration, garnishment, replevin, turnover, execution, foreclosure, eviction, contempt, and unfair debt collection practices.As a leading El Paso construction attorney and a founding member of ScottHulse’s Construction Law practice group, Mr. Feuille represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction managers, architects, engineers, and sureties in a variety of contexts, both in and out of court, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, appeals, bid contests, lien disputes, claims, contract negotiations, and contract drafting.As a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice group, he handles a variety of litigation, including construction litigation, bid contests, partnership disputes, shareholder litigation, real estate litigation, condemnation and land use litigation, boundary and easement disputes, property rights, property tax litigation, annexation appeals, fraud, deceptive trade practices, fiduciary litigation, accounting malpractice, contract disputes, insurance litigation, will contests, and probate litigation.Mr. Feuille has the highest Martindale-Hubbell peer rating of AV Preeminent. He is a former director of the El Paso Bar Association; a former officer of the Border Bankruptcy Bar Association; a former director and president of the El Paso Chapter of the National Association for the Prevention of Child Abuse and of the Bridges School, an elementary school for learning disabled and ADHD students; a former member of the United Way Allocations Committee; a former director of the Rio Grande Christian Broadcasting Corporation; a former Elder of Jesus Chapel West; served three times on the Vestry of the Church of St. Clement, and currently serves as Chancellor of the Church of St. Clement.
