Rob represented my family in the listing and sale of real estate while we were residing out of state. He coordinated all aspects of the listing and sale in a manner that protected our interests, allowed us to net more proceeds, and was quicker than expected. He had our back at every instance and as a result I highly recommend him.

I hired Mr. Tulloch in an estate case that involved the Fowler Estate. Found Mr. Tulloch completely uncooperative, took my money and communicated with Alan Millet and did nothing that he was asked to do. Every task I asked Rob Tulloch to do after firing him I completed myself. 1. Asked Mr. Tulloch to obtain an order to sell the home. He told me that it could not be done. Two months later I obtained myself an order to sell the home. 2. Asked Mr. Tulloch too get rent from Gene Fowler, the executor of the Will while he lived in the home, mister Tulloch informed me that that couldn't be done. Mister Tulloch constantly discussed property that was my personal property to include spare tire for my vehicle, with Mr. Millet which had nothing to do with the estate, and charged me for it. This property was reported stolen and to the best of my knowledge, after a year and a half is still in Mr. Tulloch's possession. Would seem odd to me that Lawyer's would keep stolen property in their possession for any reason. Mister Tulloch communicated with Mister Millet per testimoney on May 28th, in Clallam County Superior Court, of Gene Fowler, in a form of conflict of Interest. Mister Fowler testified that Rob had sent Alan , Sequim Lawyer, an Email stating that I had commited a burglary of my Father's home. Untrue. And is a conflict of interest. I am going to be filing with the Washington State Bar Association regarding the conflict of interest, and suggest that anyone hiring Mr. Tulloch Wayne
