Mr. Howell took on my case and shortly after claimed to have medical issues and kept continuing my case. He took my money and only ever showed up to court once and because of him I lost my baby niece to the foster care system. He assured me that he would be in court then at the last minute cancel. My niece was in foster care and it was important to me to get her out of that situation asap but he went to the others attorneys, without my telling me, and asked for a 5 week continuance. He finally told me I should seek council and then wouldn't refund my money. I'd give no stars if I could. In the end the judge told me that everything on my end looked good and if it had all been done sooner then my niece would have come home with me.
