Rob was very responsive, honest and hard working. I will absolutely use him again when I need an attorney.
Rob and his team accepted my husbands personal injury case and, at first, they were okay to deal with. It seemed weird that we had to request a meeting ourselves, but they were confident in being able to win the case. This was the one and only time we were able to meet with Rob. After that meeting, we only dealt with his assistant, who is extremely demanding and not personable. She also refused to give us another meeting with Rob. At no time did we feel comfortable with the level of attention they were giving our case, or felt any sort of empathy from them towards my husbands constant pain and stress. He was in the hospital for two weeks and out of work for 3 months. He still deals with horrible pain every single day. It was strictly business and we never felt like we had an advocate on our side. We had to email multiple times for a status and all we got back was emails demanding more information regarding hospital bills and doctors. They had an "investigator" look into the incident and he made a report saying there was no issue. My husband has a spinal cord injury and thousands of dollars in medical bills. How can you conclude an investigation without even speaking with the victim and say there is no issue?? After a year and a half of feeling ignored, they then sent us a "no take" letter. This means that they have decided not to represent our case. AFTER OVER A YEAR!! Now we are stuck trying to find another lawyer with no remorse or care for our situation. We felt as if it was so easy for them to kick us to the curb and they could do it to anyone. I would never recommend this firm and still feel the knife in our back from being dropped so suddenly.
