About

I graduated from West Point in the top 5% of my class with a bachelors degree in engineering.  I served our country as an Army officer for 8 years, leaving the service with the rank of Major.  I then worked for several organizations and firms as a computer programmer, gaining a great deal of knowledge about business and accounting applications.  During that time, I got a Masters degree in Tax, and then a Law degree from Golden Gate University.  In 1997, I started my law practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Formations, and Bankruptcy.  My focus has always been in providing the highest level of quality service for everyone.  Most of my clients are everyday citizens with common legal needs.  I offer a free initial consultation so my clients can find out what their legal alternatives are without incurring any cost or obligation.  I also want to make sure that people who need my services can get them even if they have mobility problems.  I can make house calls for clients that live withing a reasonable distance of my office who are not able to come to my office.

Mr. Zabik was very helpful with helping our family file for bankruptcy. I had a major accident which put us in a finacial tailspin. He assured us of the our rights in regards to Banckruptcy Law. He came to our home for our consultation, this was really helpful due to my medical situation. He also offered to pick me up and take us to our discharge hearing. We have seen other discount attorney's ads offer this service, but do you really want to take a risk of losing everything? I have always been a firm believer that you get what you pay for. We also recieved a 10% discount for being prior military service.

I hired attorney Robert zabik on September 11th to do a trust and will for me. I took a few months to write up my trust instructions which were very detailed and on May 8th 2019 I went in for an appointment to submit my trust instructions. He said he would have it done in 2 weeks. I gave him three weeks and tried to contact him and he would not answer any of my phone messages. I had to leave the state for a short time but continued to call him with no answer to my messages when I returned on July 10th I went into his office. He was at his desk working I asked him why he had not been giving me return calls from my messages and he gave me several excuses which were not valid. He said okay I'll get the work done give me two weeks. After 3 weeks of not hearing from him again I decided it was time to write him a professional letter. I gave him a notice that I was coming in to pick up my refund of $700 because he had not performed any work for me and had lied to me about getting the work done twice. I told him in the letter that I would be in on the 13th of July to pick up my $700 refund. He was in his office and said no I will not give you your money back. I formally sent him a letter terminating him as my attorney. I then filed with BBB, California State Bar Association and I'm filing with Sacramento Superior Court claims office to retrieve my money.
