Hi my name is Anna I want to thank Robert and his team for an excellent job I never thought that would happen to me an accident and they were very helpful with the rental and my doctor's appointment so I want to say thank you and I would recommend them to my friends and my family.
My daughter and I were injured in an auto accident. Mr. I hired Mr. Sarvian because he was highly recommended by a trusted friend who was represented by him in a personal injury case. Mr. Sarvian and his staff followed up during our medical treatments, stayed in contact with the other party's insurance company and settled our claims for medical costs and pain & suffering. We were compensated fairly and my car was properly repaired.
Mr. Sarvian represented us in an auto accident case that involved injuries. There are so many Personal Injury attorneys in Los Angeles, that it is hard to choose the right one. Mr. Sarvian was recommended by a colleague. I found him to be professional, effective and efficient in the way he handled my case. Mr. Sarvian overcame several issues raised by the insurance company that was paying the claim. I believe we were compensated fairly and in a timely manner. I will absolutely recommend him.
I had my car accident back in January, I have spoken to someone in the office 3 times out of those 3 times they have called me once on there own. I got a letter from the insurance company stating that they have mailed out the settlement check to them on 9-16-15. Never once did they call me to tell me anything. I called the office to check the status and was told that I would hear from them in less then 2 weeks, it's going to be 3 weeks and still nothing. Don't go here!!! Oh and the receptionist very rude.
I was involved in a car accident over a year ago where I was t-boned and my car was totalled. At the scene I meet a gentleman who worked for the attorney and highly recommend him. I called about 3 weeks after my accident to ask about getting the insurance company to come look and assess my car to get it out of my garage. Was told by the legal assistant I could have it towed. I didn't since I had been in an accident 15 years ago and know the insurance adjuster needs to look at it. Sure enough 6 months later I was contacted by my insurance to have the adjuster come look at my car. Whenever I called to inquire about the status of my claim Dolores seemed to be annoyed by my calIs. When I called to inquire why my insurance was paying for my car I was finally told the person that hit me did not have insurance and they were going through my uninsured motorists portion. I finally decided to take whatever settlement I could get in august. When the legal assistant called and asked if I had been updated I told her no. She then had Dolores call me to update me (however she sounded annoyed she had to do that). Today I received my settlement. Missed 3 weeks of work due to pain and lack of mobility and lost my car. Use another attorney if you can. I would never recommend this law office.
The field investigator, Johnny, was the most professional person at this firm. He was superb. He actually saw the car accident (I was rear-ended) and stopped at the scene, asked if I needed any help, and then left me his business card. The legal assistants I dealt with had a strong sense of entitlement and worked at the slowest pace most convenient for them. Some people can work anywhere, some people need to have a job where they sit down all day. The legal assistants I dealt with wouldn't be qualified to work anywhere but an office where they can sit all day. Robert Sarvian settled my case for a pittance of what it should have been. I had bone contusions and partial numbness in my arm, and he and the doctors walked away with most of my settlement money. After 8 months of waiting, and after everyone got their cut, my pain & suffering settlement left me with $2000. $2000 = 8 months later. HIRE ANYONE ELSE. How could you do worse?
