Best attorney ever! I had a hard time finding the right type of attorney that handled my "type" of case. Robert Cummings is an incredible attorney!! He stands behind his clients 100%. He takes the time to review cases with you and educate you on the laws and he plays the, outcomes for you. His knowledge of the law and case referencing is incredible. He is very honest with your time and money. He is not afraid to tell you that the case will go no where or if you are just better off settling the case. I feel thats his main concern is that you keep your money in your pocket rather than paying him dollars to chase pennies. We had a case where we won a settlement against a previous client, and in our out reach to collect money from her.
