I grew up and went to school here in New York City.For nearly 20 years, I have aggressively represented all kinds of clients in hundreds of cases from start to finish, including trials and appeals.I mostly handle personal injury and medical malpractice cases, but I have also successfully litigated complex and substantial business, real estate and other kinds of disputes.I graduated New York University with Honors and earned my law degree (cum laude) from Cardozo Law School. While in law school, I held internships with a federal bankruptcy judge in the Eastern District of New York and the United States Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York. I founded my firm in 1996, after positions with several law firms in New York City.I regularly appear in Courts all over New York City.  Other lawyers regularly refer their own cases to me to handle for trial.I am licensed to practice in the State of New York and in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York. I am a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and regularly participates in lobbying activities in the State Capitol for the organization and my clients’ rights.   I have mentored new and less experienced attorneys.I live in Brooklyn with my wife and children.
