Screwed up my case from the beginning. I had sustained a rotator and cervical injury from the same incident and he litigated them as two different injuries in two different time cases. This lengthened my resolve at settlement and vocational retraining. I did eventually win my case as I knew I would. But there were ongoing training issues I wanted addressed that he was flippant to and I eventually fired this guy and took on the case myself. Upon winning a fight for compensation pro se I was made aware that Ward made a approximate $5000 mistake in compensation that I should have been awarded from the onset. It seems that Ward took the word of the insurance carrier as to what my weekly retraining amount should be instead of actually calculating it himself. This was brought to my attention by one of the ALJ's that presided over my case. Approximately $5000 mistake! I am wondering how many other people got screwed over the years due to his negligence as I did?
