I can't even begin to tell you how blessed and thankful I am to have Alan Rose represent me in my domestic violence/s*xual assault/OOP case. There are hundreds of attorney's in the Nashville area, but none possess the knowledge, professionalism and care/concern that Alan does. He doesn't look at you or your case as just another paycheck...he actually cares about you and will fight for you to receive the justice you deserve. Per my situation, the legal system has failed me time and time again over the past year. I can't even begin to imagine what I would have done if I didn't have Alan by my side every step of the way. He has truly made an impact on my life. I would recommend him to everyone without hesitation. He's the best!

Advised me and took control and handled my case like I never could expected!!! Incredible!!! Took great care and didn't even act like it was a big deal even though it was a felony charge. He IS MY attorney!

I hired Turner Law Offices to do my divorce, and was very happy with their services. I told my father who my attorney was, and he Googled them and showed me the law rating on this site; my heart dropped. I met with Mr. Turner, and he explained that a lot of reviews are not real, and that he has great reviews on other sites. In fact, his law firm won best law firm last year. My experience is that he and his law firm does a great job and they are nice, friendly and quick to respond. I would defiinitely use them again.

Let first say that I am shocked at some of these reviews. They in no way represent the experience that I had with Mr. Turner and his staff. I hired Rob Turner over 2 and a half years ago. I had no idea that my case would last for as long as it did. It was emotional, long-winded, petty and ultimately successful. I am single Dad who fought tooth and nail to ensure my child was given a fair shake at a very acrimonious situation. Rob Turner was on time. He showed up with guns blazing. He was on point and caught things that even after my intense research (trust me, I had every single receipt, document, recordings, photographs, etc) didn't even turn up. He was diligent and fought like it was his own child. But let me point out something to some of the negative reviews. It is not your attorney's fault that you get an answer you don't like. It's not your attorney's fault that the judge rules the way he does. Keep in mind, these are officers of the court. And they can only help you if they know EVERYTHING. Keeping something from your attorney will only hurt your case in the end. In fact, the opposing attorneys in my case were just as good as mine. I never blamed them for my ex's wild accusations, of which there were plenty. I never blamed them for their strategy. They were civil and respectful towards me and during court proceedings. It was their client that made things so uncomfortable and hateful. Mr. Turner showed a level of expertise that I could not believe I somehow had on my side. Life doesn't always turn out the way you think and it is usually par for the course to not get your way. But I got my way. A few things weren't granted, but that's ok. It was mostly recuperative costs that I had asked for in the end. And this was after mediation, several settlement offers, including 2 judicial conferences. All I ever wanted was for the mother of our child to get serious help. I never changed my tune. And neither did Rob Turner. After everything was settled and the trial was finally over, he told me that it was one of the best cases he had ever had. Granted I made mistakes, but I'm paying for those. I will have him as attorney until my child is an adult. I trust him. He never placated my mistakes and made sure they were addressed. But he also never let up on ensuring that my ex got help. There were several things we could have "caught" her on. Trust me when I say that it WAS BAD. Stuff that never even got to be brought up because she was removed from the stand after 20 minutes of questioning. -But he wasn't vicious. He wasn't malicious and he was really concerned. But don't get it twisted, he is damn good at what he does. He is a seasoned attorney who knows human behavior in a way that only serves you well, as a client. It's finally over. And I have Rob Turner to thank for it. I could go into all of the back and forth. I could sit here and tell you this long story of things that occurred that would have most of you saying, "Well, of course you won. Why wouldn't you?" -But the only person that knew how to navigate through the rocky terrain was Rob. He was calm and cool, calculating. I cannot say enough good things about him. I'm truly thankful. I'm sorry that not everyone has the opportunity to agree with this.

I have recommended him on numerous occations. Why? I was 20 facing my 1st DUI charge. I failed the breathalizer upon arrest so my options were limited, and I was ignorant. He projected a drop to Reckless Driving, No Jail, and Class. He got the date extended once for me and then when I arrived at court, spoke to him, I was out with the exact anticipated deal in ten minutes. Mr. Turner cut me a 50% deal simply out of kindness as he knew of my financial hardship. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If you want your agent to perform his due diligence, have an object and unbiased treatment of all cases, and be a considerate advocate on your behalf in troubled times, I recommend him. Contrary to other indications posted by god-knows-who I swear that my experiences with this advocate always exceded my expectations.

Mr. Turner was obtained for me by a family member in a criminal case. The family member called Mr. Turner and he came to my house in record timing. He has been very helpful in helping my family and I in this time of need.

If I could give a zero I would! Do not waste your money on this firm. Hiring them was a joke and waste of money! They are rude, argumentative, did absolutely nothing until the day of court and then basically sided with the plaintiffs. I was not defended at all!!! None of my concerns were addressed, my side was not heard. Very dissatisfied. They did absolutely nothing that I couldn't have done myself. I don't like to give bad reviews but this law office deserves it.

I hired Turner Law....I paid a retainer fee of $2500.00. I got nothing in return. The attorney (Emily) was a total idiot, never returned my calls. She wrote one letter that I could have written when I twelve years old. Then after writing a silly letter told me she couldn't do anything else that I needed to get an attorney in california. Mind you she knew at the beginning the issue was a company in the los Angeles area in california. I asked for my money back. That was a joke. DO Not USE this firm.

Slick con man. Plain and simple. Robert Turner should be ashamed of himself. He preys upon people at their most vulnerable, dejected time of their lives. It doesn’t make sense to deal with divorce BS then turnaround and deal with his BS by overcharging and justifying bogus charges but not do the work. I trusted him as my lawyer and he let me down big time. Report him so he can stop taking advantage of his clients.

I met with Mr Turner regarding a custody case with hopes of getting visitation rights with my 2 girls in the summer of 2013. We agreed to me giving him 2 debit card payments of $500 to total $1000 for a retainer. Our agreement was that I would keep adding money to the retainer for his sevices over the next couple of years. When I got the majority of the money saved then he would start the process. He promised me that my money would be safe with him until I saved up enough to start. He was suppose to take two $500 increments over the next 2 days for a total of $1000. Because my debit card would only let me access $500 a day. He took out $500 on a monday then took another $500 on a Tuesday. This was suppose to be all the money that he was suppose to take out of my checking account. I went to go put gas in my car on a wed and my debit card wouldn't work. I called my bank. I found out that my checking account was empty. They said I had $250 taken out of my checking account from Turner Law firm. They said the law firm tried to take more $ out but they couldn't because it was all the money I had in there. I did not give them permission to take the extra $250 out but they did it anyway. Apparently they tried to take out more money than we verbally agreed to. Because of this I was left stranded in Nashville with no money in my checking account. I became very sick soon after. I was in and out of the hospital for the next 2 years. I was unable to work and I couldn't pay any of my living expenses. I had to move in with family until I could get well enough to work again . I received a letter from Turner Law firm stating that they were taking money from retainer account with them. I tried and tried to call them but they only take emails for discussing money matters. They ended up taking 100% of all the money that I was trying to save to get visitation rights with . I am still having health problems to this day which is 7 years later . I received nothing for the $1250 that I gave them. I am still not able to see my girls . This was the most devastating experience of my life. I still to this day break out in tears when I think of how they treated me. Make sure that you read all the details of any contact that you sign with them. Don't take their word for anything. Read the contract. What they told me and what the details of the contact were two different things. This was the hardest lesson that I ever learned in my whole life.
