I've been trying to contact him for several months on what was a simple no children, no property divorce while I am stationed overseas. He may no longer be practicing for all I know and no info on how to proceed.

Would not return my phone calls or emails. I had to contact the WA Bar Association to get him to return my calls. It took over 6 months to get an uncontested Lincoln County divorce. Why? Because Mr Stark forgot to file the forms, misplaced them because he was moving offices... I got more info from the County Clerk than I got from him.

I began my uncontested divorce in Oct of 2010. Once he had my money, he fell off the face of the earth. He didn't submit my divorce documents to the requisite court, proof is readily available online. I filed formal charges against him in March of 2011 with the WSBA. He has not responded to any charges as required by his WSBA membership. I was among the first to complain about him on his "discussion board" Let us all hope we can get some relief from the Legal Victims Compensation Fund

I started my uncontested divorce in Nov 2010 and was able to send all paperwork back to mr. stark the first week of january. I have been calling and emailing almost everyday and still have no response. I am in the military and need this divorce to be completed as soon as possible. He wont even call back to give me a case number... i feel like i was thrown $650 down the tolilet and it took me several months to save up that money.. i will be reporting this lawyer if i do not hear from him soon.

I started an uncontested divorce in late August and am still waiting for it to be finished. I have made multiple attempts since December to contact Mr. Stark by phone and email and he has not returned any of my calls. I am now resorting to sending him a Certified letter and have contacted the Washington State Bar Association to start the complaint process.
