Robert graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1978.  Shortly after his admission, he came to Michigan and was admitted into practice in November of the same year.  Since then, Robert has been engaged in private practice in Fremont and Muskegon.  In April of 1998, he established his own firm, Stariha Law Offices, P.C.,  and since then has maintained offices in both Muskegon, Grand Rapids and Fremont.Robert Stariha emphasizes practice in the areas of Debtor and Consumer representation, both in business and personal bankruptcy.  He also practices legal issues involving wills, estate planning and probate, real property law and civil litigation.
