My practice consists of advising individual and corporate clients on immigration law matters. I regularly appear before the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security in connection with litigated immigration matters or applications for immigration benefits.  I have extensive experience with non-immigrant and immigrant visas, naturalization, cancellation of removal, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), I-601 and I-601A waivers, crime victim visas (U-Visa), special immigrant juvenile status (SIJ), asylum, requests for prosecutorial discretion, removal of conditional residency, work permits and travel permits.
