Robert Matthew Schroeder is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Mr. Schroeder’s practice is  focused on representing injured persons throughout Illinois.  Mr. Schroeder graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2010 and Wright State University in 2005, where he was a founding member of the WSU Law Club.  Prior to joining Woerthwein & Miller, Mr. Schroeder first cut his teeth in federal court by representing individuals who were exposed to and subsequently harmed by exposure to asbestos fibers.  Then, in 2012, he turned his efforts to representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents due to the negligence of others.  Over the course of his career, Matthew has secured millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.  Mr. Schroeder strives to always do the best for his clients and challenges himself to understand the needs of each individual client, to be responsive, and provide comprehensive services. His success is measured by the success of his clients.
