I have nothing but the highest praise for Robert's skill and talent as an attorney. I have worked with Robert on legal matters when I worked in the Alaska Attorney General's Office and when I was in house counsel with a GCI, a telecommunications company in Anchorage, Alaska. Robert is pleasant, responsive, and, competent. I enjoy working with him and would highly recommend him to others.
Robert was essential to the projects advancement, which entailed addressing financial and tactical planning buy-in involving several poterially responsible parties (PRPS). He was very knowledgeable regarding the site (project) requirements; and, asked questions of technical project support personnel (including environmental consultant company and lead PRP) to enhance his understanding. He was an excellent communicator to his client and to the other PRPs in an on-going basis throughout the project. Robert provided a superlative balance between promoting his client's mandate and facilitating movement forward in a respectful manner with the other PRPs legal counsels. There were considerable delays as various PRP legal counsels were involved in other matters or were caught-up in thier particular approval processes...but, Robert remained fastidious and was up-to-speed in all matters with very quick turnaround, inspite of the delays. Overall, I would highly recommend Robert given his professionalism, client support and communication and organizational efficiencies.
I have only known Attorney Reges for about 6 months, but my interaction with him has been very positive. I believe that Mr. Reges is a competent attorney and performs his due diligence with not only his practice, but with his other dedicated interests equally, including his instruction of Environmental Law courses within Alaska. I would recommend Mr. Reges highly and be confident of his professionalism and dedication to his client's needs.
Mr. Reges is an excellent lecturer and a personable character in the field of Environmental Law. As a professor he is clear in his expectations of his students but is flexible enough in his methods that he can relate to the students' individual backgrounds and tailor his instruction to suit them. Robert excelled at synthesizing the vast and various details of our study into explanations that gave us a succinct but thorough understanding - as much as could be covered in one short semester. Robert was impeccably organized and prepared; he used dated lesson plans with references for reading, provided many additional pertinent documents, and even fielded requests for specific lessons as time allowed. Additionally, Professor Reges provided personal and specific feedback, even after the semester was over! I highly recommend Robert Reges as both a lawyer and professor based on my experience as one of his students at the University of Alaska.
