Ian Pike is an associate at Haeggquist & Eck, LLP. He focuses his practice on representing employees and consumers in a wide range of matters throughout California for claims including wage theft, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and violations of consumer protection statutes.A former newspaper columnist whose career included a lengthy stint at the San Diego Reader covering food, theatre, and the arts, Ian graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ian spent the summer after his second year of law school as a summer associate at HAE, and he has worked at the firm ever since passing the California bar exam As an advocate, he gives his clients’ cases the same level of attention and zealous advocacy whether they are seeking a seven-figure settlement or a modest claim for unpaid wages.Ian chose to pursue plaintiffs’ work so he could do his part to hold corporations accountable for their predatory practices, whether they target their employees or their customers. In his free time, he enjoys a diverse array of hobbies including fishing, freediving, reading, growing roses, and working on cars and motorcycles.
