Robert was very welcoming with my family. Which I appreciated in my rough time dealing with my case. I admire him walking in with a smile but ready to take the case with complete seriousness and completely save myself from the future I once feared.

Mr. Precht was my lawyer and helped me fight a case that lasted for almost a year. He did everything he said he always would do and ultimately he got me the best outcome he possibly could. I want to thank him for fighting for me and helping me get through this..If anyone needs a criminal lawyer I recommend Mr. Precht 100% he was definetly well worth the money that was paid.....Thank you Mr. Precht for defending me and believing in me.

Although he did a very good job representing my nephew, our family has been trying to contact him for over two months regarding paperwork our incarcerated nephew needs for early release. We have received no return phone calls, cannot find an email and now his messages are full. It is needed by the end of the year and this is unacceptable.

I was sitting in Court on Sept. 14, 2015 and being pressured to accept a plea of six years for DUI. I declined. Defense Attorney Robert Precht ((602)883-2519 tells me, "They have the blood" but waits until he has withdrawn to tell me the State DID NOT have the evidence and for $10,000 he will take the case. The Chain of Custody reflects the misconduct. Precht got a free ride on misconduct from Contract Services since it's all part of MCAO. https://www.aclu.org/news/criminal-law-reform/coerced-out-of-justice-how-prosecutors-abuse-their-power-to-secure-guilty-pleas/?fbclid=IwAR0CCJ_ztzDZiVD2LBS3PoIz-oZ4B4eXXqm3inr4T2ExuNRMAMm4rJUEa64

Disgusting. unbelievable... I would rather have a used car salesman represent me if I'm ever in a legal situation again then Robert precht. .. whatever bad legal situation you're in......if this man represents you in my opinion you're basically paying to make your situation worse..

Nice enough guy. Was recommended to me by a buddy who went to John Marshal Law w/him. However, when it came to my court case, he was less than spectacular. I was charged with a Class 5 Misdemeanor Assault (Lowest level.) for grabbing a teenager by the arm. Instead of coming up with a plan of action to defend me, all he kept telling me was to plead guilty, and he would plea down the charges. Unfortunately that was the wrong legal advice. What he should have done was keep filing continuances, until the witness did not show up to court. Then it would have been tossed out. Even w/the plea agreement, he didn't advise me to plead "No Contest" when I did plea. Not a whole lot better regarding the way it looks on your record, but at least it is not admitting to guilt. So for 5K, I got to spend time in jail, and have to explain a wrongful blemish on my record every time I apply for a job. Thank you Robert..
