I am a tax lawyer by training but I more enjoy working on business transactions--forming, buying, selling, merging companies.  Within the past 5 years, I have developed a lot of experience and knowledge in the alcohlic beverage industry.  While I mainly work on Tennessee matters, I am able to assist with federal alcoholic beverage issues.  If you have a business or anything to do with alcohol in Tennessee, I am your man.
