Former Presiding Judge of the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. Mr. Penza began his career as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor, and headed the Prosecutor’s Official Corruption and Economic Crime Department. He has also served as a Deputy Attorney General. A former member of the Editorial Board of The New Jersey Lawyer, Mr. Penza has served as Master for the Inns of Court and lectures on various aspects of Family Court at various Continuing Legal Education seminars.   He is a Family Court Appointed Blue Ribbon Panelist in both Morris and Essex Counties, and has been recognized in New Jersey Monthly magazine’s “Super Lawyers” every year since 2009
