Robert Over’s practice is focused on real estate and securities, where he specializes in business entity formation and acquisitions, governance issues, private placements and related tax planning matters. Mr. Over also has had substantial litigation experience involving commercial contracts, business transactions and complex antitrust matters. Mr. Over started his legal career in the antitrust group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. Before practicing law, he was an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
