Working with Robert was a really good experience. He was able to explain what we needed to do, and was very responsive to our timeframe needs. We are very happy that we decided to go to see him, and will recommend his offices to others who need similar assistance.
Atty Moore put my wife and I at ease immediately, assuring us that BoA would not take our home. We left his office confident and relieved after weeks of fretting over foreclosure notices (while at the same time being assured by the BoA loan modification team that 'everything is fine - keep sending half-payments'). He collected our paperwork, walked us through the hearing, and to this day continues to promptly return phone calls and emails answering every question we've had (which have been numerous). Further, I recommended him to a colleague who has expressed his complete satisfaction. I hold Atty Moore in the highest regard. When reading these sort of reviews I generally dismiss reports that are all glowing praise. That is the ONLY reason for the 'good' ratings above. Was he trustworthy? I have no reason to think otherwise. Was he knowledgeable? He certainly seemed it to me! But if he wasn't would I really know? Certainly he was (and remains) responsive and has kept me informed. I can't imagine how our experience with him could have been better.
It was a very difficult decision for me to file for bankruptcy. I was ashamed and afraid of the consequences. But in addition to the competency you would expect from any bankruptcy attorney, Mr. Moore showed friendliness, compassion, kindness and understanding. He helped me step by step through the process and was always available to answer my questions. He was very patient when I had trouble understanding something, and his guidance through the legalese was invaluable. Most importantly, he helped me to see that this was an okay choice, and, in fact, a good choice for me, and he was right. Thanks to Mr. Moore, I was able to maintain my dignity and move forward, making good decisions about the future. He helped me get my life back on track, and for that I will always be grateful. I give him my highest recommendation.
