Both Robert and Jason have been helpful from the beginning. Right when I walked into their office, I felt I was being taken care of and was in good hands. I was more than in good hands. They made me feel at ease in these moments I was at a low point. They reassured me that things were going to be ok and they would take care of me. And they did 100%. They listened to me and understood my situation. They made sure that I was not left in the dark and explained every question I had. They were quick to respond to my phone calls or emails. Usually the same day. I would highly recommend this firm to any one in need of their expert feild of experience. Choosing this group is a guarantee success to your path for a better future.
I don't usually write reviews but this time is different. Robert represented me on a duii & reckless driving charge in 2019/2020. I am very impressed by the way he handled my case, the court & me personally. I WAS TERRIFIED when this all happened but Robert was able to take what I feel is a convoluted court system and make it easy to understand & navigate. He expertly processed my case throughout the entire time & cleverly got me a minimum of personal impact while maintaining top level integrity. Robert is a personable guy that explains things in a clear concise manner which allowed me to make decisions I needed to make that worked best for me. In a system that feels at times like a whirlwind of confusion, Robert will help you navigate the storm. I can't thank him enough!!!! I Pray I will NEVER have contact with the court system again. Yet if I do Robert will be on speed dial!!! Vic
I hired Mr Montgomery recently due to being falsely pulled over, cited, towed and having my license taken by the ticketing officer He was very up front and honest with what my options would likely be and what he could do with the circumstances. He was pretty dang accurate right up to the end of trial. We were able to get the citations dropped and even be reimbursed by the county for the tickets, tow charge and vehicle release fee. What I payed him was very fair and he was just a very down to earth person to speak with. No doubt if I happen to need an attorney again he will be the first I consult with.
Awesome. Guy Knows the law like a book. Confident, trust worthy compassionate, caring person.
He’s smart. Seems like he knows the law but, he wants to be retired. No fight left in the older guy. Will not fight for you. Most car accident cases don’t ever go to court. He just wants a clean check w/o putting effort into your case. He’s not a good attorney anymore. Doesn’t want to be bothered with your questions. Delayed call backs. Runs 2 offices. Definitely a bad referral by my personal attorney to go with Robert who didn’t know him. I would seek other legal counsel and make sure you barter to split all the xtra fees on your side of the settlement because he will put them all on your side even though he can financially afford to soak some of those fees up. He makes a lot of $ off your life altering injury & does not really care about what you’ve been through. Greedy. He’s busy because he is the OnLY attorney with a dual license in Indiana/Chicago. It is not because he is good. I would seek other counsel.
I had hired Robert as a divorce attorney to help me with a custody battle. He hardly got back to me or did anything that I ask him to. He didn't get any paperwork done that I needed for housing done. He gave me some poor advice on how to handle a situation which I did do. Thanks to him I'm having to deal with the issues made by that advice. He didn't even have the decency to tell me he was going to be ending divorce cases until after trying to call him over and over again. Left me high and dry with my situation leaving me to find another attorney through a time crunch paperwork. I wouldn't recommend Robert to anyone regardless of field he is doing now.
