As a lawyer I pride myself in treating each client as an individual and tailoring the approach to their case to their unique circumstances. If a client wants to proceed to trial - that is what we do and I am happy to do so. If the client wants to take a negotiated resolution of the case, that is what we do. I handle each case individually and the client needs to make the ultimate decisions in the case (with my help if they ask) - while I work as hard as possible to obtain the best result for the client. I am the one that goes to court on the case (not an associate or paralegal) and I am the one that answers the client's questions, determines their concerns and follows through on their requests. Individual attention is the key to getting the bext result possible.
