Excellent attorney. Helped me beyond belief after I was charged with a crime by Clark County.
Mr. Milesnick answered all our questions, was efficient, professional and friendly. He seemed to understand our issues well and gave, what we found to be solid advise. Cost was reasonable and if we ever have similar issues, would use him again.
To a prospective client of Rob Milesnick: I am a transportation worker and have been a client of Rob's since summer of 2012. I had reported serious safety issues at an air carrier and had been subject to retaliation. I had called Rob through the attorney referral service in Clark County when the chips were down for me (even my union, the Teamsters, had deliberately misrepresented me). I had reported a near mid-air collision to my (very, very senior) captain, and he had taken retribution, and essentially made a big mess of everything. Amazing as it is, I was forced to take a month's suspension, and at that time, they were still coming after me. Rob fixed all that nicely. He represented me well, and he won a decisive victory through default. The company attorneys (a Phd., not J. D. in law, mind you)..never showed up. Rob then gave me what I consider spot-on accurate advice in how to deal with my employer. I have followed his advice and have come out very well. I still am employed by the same people, they have promoted me and even gave me a letter of accommodation (I have sacrificed time with family to rack up "atta-boy" points - it helps..). Rob gave me insight and confidence. I could then go into a rough situation knowing that if I was pleasant and spot-on prepared, he would defend me - and probably win. Mind you, events unfolded where a change had to happen at my employer - there was just too much screwing around going on, so the argument tilted in my favor, especially when I heeded Rob's advice and played it very cool (I believe the Feds had this entire situation on their radar screens - not just my predicament alone) . Seems crazy, but pilot's work their way up a seniority list, so starting over somewhere else is most likely a huge penalty in lifetime earnings, etc. I have felt that Rob was completely convicted to helping me. He was 100% on my side. When he wrote that aforementioned challenge, he put his all into it. To re-iterate, his advice has helped me more than one can imagine. I consider myself one of his success stories. I think you are in good hands with Rob representing you.
Divorce is a painful process to which Rob Milesnick's personal approach is what sets him apart from other attorneys. He handled my case with such personal care. He saved me thousands of dollars by guiding me away from my hasty emotion decisions. He actually took over my bitter divorce case turned it around and got us to come to common ground and settle the case. He wear two hats, attorney and personal counselor. For which I will be forever grateful.
