Reviews
Martin Kraft and his paralegal Lyndsay were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The results were positive and they stayed with me to the final result. Thanks for helping us! I highly recommend this firm and Martin and his team.
Mr. Kraft did a fantastic job representing me in a complex social security matter. I was most impressed with his thoroughness in handling my case, his calm demeanor, especially when I was stressed, and his integrity. Additionally, he took time to really listen to what I was saying and kept me abreast of developments as they were unfolding in my case.
Mr Kraft was a great lawyer he was very thorough going over my medical records and brilliantly presented my case at my hearing with alj I don't think I would have gotten a fully favorable decision without him he was also very much in contact with me and explained everything as it happened
Eager to take my case, Elk & Elk first started me with Scott who passed my case onto his colleague, Martin Kraft. He requested evidence that the experts actually used against me, going so far to get the judge to order a court order to gather this evidence. During the hearing, one of the experts got the upper hand on him and had to explain that my diagnosis was only a single episode diagnosis despite Martin pushing it as much more. An easy oversight along with pushing it like an amateur just graduated from law school that led to the loss of a 2 year old case I had been building, destroyed in a single instance. He and his "team" (Scott/Nicole) never seemed knowledgeable and I often found myself wondering why they took the case anyway. Lots of money was lost on both ends and my hard work destroyed by incompetence. All 3 experts declared against me and aside from Martin assuring me the judge hadn't made his decision, I knew by the judge's tone the decision was already made and the final results the judge just cited the experts' testimonies, none of which were built on any solid evidence anyway. Not to mention being signed up for an email list and an "agreement" that looked amateurish. I don't advise this lawyer or this firm for any legal matter whatsoever.
