I am very grateful to Robert McCormick for all the hard work he put into my immigration case In 2007 I went in search of an attorney to represent me in my immigration proceedings, I spoke with 5 different attorneys in the Denver Metro area and was told by all of them that there was nothing they could do and that I had a losing case. 5 days before my first hearing someone recommended Robert McCormick, I was told he was the best and fought hard for his clients. I drove to Greeley to speak with him ,he took my case. He told me my case was difficult but that he would fight hard to win and also that he would be with me at all my hearings. McCormick tpld me there would be no jail time.(prison time) and there was x2 years.He told me if I gave him an additional fee over and above our orgional fee agreement and had some testing done he could get the judge to recoonsider my sentencing, I did as I was told but the judge refused to look at the new information. As fas as I can see McCormick does not appear to know quite asn much as he would like his clients to believe.

He was hired to defend my husband on an immigration case. All he did was take almost $10,000 and did absolutely nothing!!!! We called several ogher lawyers who said my husband was barred from ever fixing papers in the US so the lawyer we had was lying. They sent me the proof. We would call Robert he never answered, got testy when we confronted him, moved his office and didn't tell us, needless to say he's a crook and a liar, stay away from him, he's after ur money and poor people trying to gain legal status. He can talk the talk, we knew he was fishy from the get go but when ur trying to fix legally and don't know u do as ur told. Husband spent 1yr in jail for nothing done, and Robert kept changing the court dates to "buy" time! BS!!!
