The law Firm of LUKE & OLSEN, PSC was formed in 1990 and practices primarily Real Estate Law and Business Law. The Real Estate portion of the practice includes almost all aspects of both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law. The Business portion of the practice includes the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, the ongoing representation of, and counsel to, such entities,the purchase/sale of businesses (either as a party's counsel or as closing agent), debt collection, general business advice, etc.Robert Luke retired in November of 2019, and the Firm continues with partners Kimberlee Walker Olsen and Jonathan Luke.
