About

As an attorney with 42 years of experience defending clients in mass tort litigation, I focus my practice in the areas of toxic torts, product liability, insurance defense, and asbestos litigation.  I am admitted to the State Bar of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  I attended the London School of Economics and Political Science as an undergraduate and earned my B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan, graduating cum laude.  I received my J.D, from the University of Michigan School of Law.  To continually cultivate my deep appreciation for proper syntax and excellent prose, I serve as a member of the Writers Guild of America, West.
