I was told by several around the courtroom that this wasn't uncommon. I drove from out of town for court and he hadn't even served the other side. I don't think he ever did but the my wife hired an attorney that got everything she wanted and then some. She laughed at me and said everyone in the courtroom knew I had no chance. Now I'm trying to pick up the pieces and not sure I ever will be able to.
