If there were a million stars to rate Mr. Homlar, I would have given it to him. I rarely post online reviews but in this case I had to make an exception to thank Mr. Homlar and acknowledge what a wonderful job he did in resolving an almost year-long issue. I had written a 50% down check to a contractor for some work I needed done. The work was never started yet alone completed and after nine months and numerous emails and phone calls the work was not started and my deposit had not been returned. Well I contacted Mr. Homlar and within TWO DAYS time the contractor returned my money. If you need help contact Mr. Homlar he is professional and courteous and fill work hard to help you !
Robert was very professional. He always kept in touch to let us know what was going on with the case. We highly recommend him.Great results !
I had an almost 30 yr old drug felony in Georgia($10 worth of cocaine, they don't play in Ga.) that never really kept from from living my life but I had lost my 2nd Amendment Rights . I have been clean & sober for 23 yrs now & own my own business but didn't have the right to defend myself if need be as I go in very early. I was seeking a Pardon & Restoration of my Fire Arms Rights. I know I didn't really "need" an attorney for this process but I wanted someone to help navigate me through the process. Robert came recommended by attorney, George Bush who was recommended by another friend. Mr. Bush's plate was overflowing but not too much to return my call with Robert on the line. Robert & I corresponded via email, phone & text. He treated this as important as any other case he had. He answered ALL of my questions with the promptness that anyone would want. Some of the emails he sent me were at 2 am. I had a face to face interview with someone with the review board & he insisted on going with me even though he didn't have to be there. I was granted a FULL Pardon with ALL my rights restored, including my civil rights. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Homlar & have already recommended him to 2 friends. PS And he was didn't gouge me on the fees
I was told I did not need an attorney for my proceedings, but at the last minute circumstances beyond my control changed that required me to hire one for my best interest. A friend gave me Mr. Homlar's name. I contacted him and within 2 hours he returned my inquiry. Without ever meeting me, he trusted me to mail him a payment while starting on my case before receiving payment. He did an excellent job, and has followed through to make sure all is finished through the system as promised....Highly recommend Mr. Robert Homlar, as I said, like a breath of fresh air to actually have someone act as if they care and return all inquiries, as stupid as they may be!!!
Robert busted his tail for us! Outstanding! Hardworking! Always willing to answer the phone or return a call. It took a while but we got the result that we wanted and Mr. Homlar went Above & Beyond to made the process as painless as it could be. Would highly recommend him for any legal issue.
Mr. Robert communication was on point. He let me know every step possible that I needed to help with my son case. I would most diffently call him again
I contacted Robert Homlar after researching and speaking with many lawyers in the Augusta, Georgia area. My boyfriend had been in the county jail for almost two weeks for a technical parole violation, Mr. Homlar went to see him immediately after our phone conversation. Although my boyfriend's situation was fairly simple and legally straightforward, Mr Homlar was honest, thorough, professional, and responsive during the entire process. He clearly managed expectations and his fees were very reasonable for coordinating an outcome in which everyone was satisfied. I would highly recommend Robert Homlar to anyone in need of legal counsel.
