In 1997, he earned his juris doctorate degree from the Stetson University College of Law.Mr. Hogan is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.Mr. Hogan resides in Jupiter with his wife and 3 children, and he is actively involved in coaching his children in flag football, baseball, golf, tennis and surfing.
