Bob explained each step of my case in a very clear and concise manner. I was never left in the dark on any aspect of my case or the legal proceedings. He made himself available and provided consistent communication.
I used Mr. Hardy for some estate and will work. He was responsive to my queries. I felt his staff was kind and respectful of the sensitive nature of my issues. There were occasionally delays, but all of them we explained to me, and none of them affected the timing I had wanted to complete the work. I would recommend him to anyone who asked for a recommendation. When questions arose that he did not readily know, he was upfront about it, and sought out the answer.
Mr. Hardy did a good job for me in reviewing my parents estate and presented useful options and suggestions. I thought his staff and he were helpful. They were all professional, in my experience. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wanted straight-shooting guidance and help.
My Hardy has been my counsel off and on for nearly 10 years in various matters. Some personal with wills and estate and divorce, but also has provided guidance in the corporate realm. I have found him to be responsive to my questions and queries. I felt that he and his support staff treated me with a highly developed sense of decorum and professionalism. He was firm and steadfast at times, often when I was not sure of the situation. And yet, he was able to consider my desires and what I wanted to accomplish in both the near and far term, and guide appropriately. I think he is fair minded, even when I might not have wanted to be. Reasonable right up to the point where it would hurt my case.
Bob has represented me for many years on various family law cases. The best way to describe him is that he is a problem solver and the best lawyer I've ever known. I strongly recommend him.
I had an interview with this attorney before I hired him. I don't know how much we liked each other but I liked what he said. So far I like what he is doing. For the last 6 months his hands have been tied by my operations and health issues. I had health problems before and will have them AD (AFTER DIVORCE) I think all parties involved will agree that we have been given the green light to get it done. I fully trust this man will look out for my interests. He assured me in the first interview. I would have the final word on how we would proceed. A wise old Florida judge once told me "There are No! winners with a divorce" That is so true! Ours was a long term marriage. Sometimes it happens I would give Robert Hardy's name to anyone that asked me to recommend a lawyer. I think he will achieve his goals whatever they may be in the legal field. Robert will not waste your time and he will not let you waste his. That's important to me. It's not about who has the best attorney. It's not about money and stuff for me. It's about going through it with integrity and grace. Mr. Hardy understands what I want out of this. My husband and I each have excellent attorneys. We have to reach an agreement and we will, with the help of Dan and Robert.
He did an outstanding job as my lawyer. The reason that I picked him over any other was because some of my friends told me of the job that he had done for them. If I ever need a lawyer again I would use him.
I hired Robert to handle my divorce. Once the retainer fee was paid and the case was actually filed with the court, I never heard from him again. Anytime I wanted to know what was going on or what was needed to proceed I would have to call his office. Sometimes I would receive a return call however most times I would not. I have since fired him and am meeting with a new attorney. I have asked multiple times for my paperwork to take to the new attorney and also a detailed receipt along with the money that is due back to me. I keep being put off. He essentially did nothing for me other than file the first proceedings and he has been my attorney since October of last year.
