What a sloppy summons and complaint...corrections were done in pen and he obtained the index number and served paperwork this way. I decided to go with another attorney which did a great job but never got my money back from Gurskey, even after several phone calls and faxes. My plan was to sue him for my money back as he even promised my attorney in writing that he would reimburse whatever he did not use. I unfortunately never took any action and I never got any money back, which is something I regret.

This guy asked me $2500 to finalized my divorce and he didnt do anything. I have been 2 years and he still giving me the running around.
