Not even a month after I replaced my car’s engine, I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled. Went to establish visitation. Agreement papers in court contained out dated language that the Judge didn't sign. Sat many months on a desk somewhere. Was advised that mistake was found and nothing to worry about, would be taken care of. Additional months had past and kept calling Child support agency. Received court papers my child support was in the rears. Prosecutor told me my attorney (Goldstein) didn't pick up my paper and deliver them to agency across the street. Needless to say the charges were dropped against me; however, could have went to jail all because someone didn't complete their job.
