Robert Dwyer has represented seriously injured clients for over 25 years. He has worked closely with insurance companies and has effectively represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, construction site injuries, work-related accidents, slip and fall accidents, matters of defective and unsafe products (including pharmaceuticals), nursing home negligence, boating accidents and wrongful death claims.  A graduate of St. Michael's College (B.A. Business Administration) and Syracuse University College of Law Mr. Dwyer is admitted to practice before all New York State courts and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys. He has served on the Board of Make-A-Wish of Central New York, the Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Onondaga Committee for Legislative Change, and is a member of Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals.   Mr. Dwyer's speaking engagements include legal education seminars on topics that include, managing personal injury cases, processing no-fault claims, handling no-fault arbitrations, pre-trial and discovery issues in civil litigation and questions of expert testimony in product liability cases. He has also lectured for the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute on methods for obtaining and providing disclosure in serious injury lawsuits.
