In my experience there was an alarming lack of communication for long periods of time from Robert -including up to a month, or more, without any communication to his client. And, he additionally displayed extremely deceptive behavior by intentionally hiding adverse case developments and rulings by the court. In my personal experience it was very clear that the DiCello law firm only cared about making money and put on a completely phony display about having any real concern for their client of any kind. In my opinion, Robert severely mishandled the entire case, and when it became apparent to his firm that they needed to spend money to develop the case in order to get a proper settlement, they refused to do so, and showed no regard whatsoever for what was in the client's best interest.
