I formed Clute & Clute P.C. To handle individual and business clients needs in the areas of Business law,LLC formation and operation,Probate issues,Business Disputes,estate planning, General Civil law suits including Business litigation, personal injury and wrongful death claims  in  Mobile County, Baldwin County and surrounding areas.I am AV rated by Martindale Hubbel and have been  selected to Best Lawyers in Alabama in the areas of Real Estate law and Litigation. I have practiced law for 35 years and practice with my son Rob. My wife Janet Clute teaches at Blount High School. I have been a partner in several large firms in Mobile and  set up my own firm to practice law with my son, Rob. We like to build long term relationships with our clients. I am committed to helping our clients reach their goals in and efficent and economic manner. I  strive to keep my clients informed on the matters we are handling for them and to return telephone calls as quickly as possible.I do not charge for inital meetings with clients which are always free.I am available for appointments from 9 to 5 and after hours and weekend appointments are available.
