ERIN J. MILLER is an associate attorney with the Firm and practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, guardianship, special needs planning and fiduciary litigation.  She is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.  Attorney Miller is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys .  She is a member of the board of directors of the York County Estate Planning Council and the York County Community Foundation.  She serves on the York County Community Foundation’s Hahn Home Fund For Women Advisory Committee and the York College Planned Giving Council.  Erin is a member of the York County Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  She received her B.S. in Chemistry in 1998, from York College of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law in 2001.  She is a frequent lecturer on the topics of elder law, estate planning, long term care planning, and planning for individuals with special needs.
