We have had an extremely difficult case that has been very dramatic for our family and was dragging on and on- Attorney Clark took charge and educated us throughout the process, took time with us and took care of our legal needs concerning our adoption.
Attorney Clark was a God sent to our family. We had been foster parents for three years and there seemed to be no end in sight. I contacted Attorney Clark in April and he got the ball rolling on our adoption and the process was completed in September. The only regret I have is that I had not contacted Attorney Clark sooner.
Robert Clark was completely biased towards my children’s father. He was not, at all, objective as he stated he would be. I was extremely disappointed with how unprofessional of an investigator into the children’s and our families’ backgrounds. Robert Clark talks a big game, but fails to deliver. It is my opinion that he leans towards the father’s side of the case and does not care about the mother’s side, at all. I would Not recommend using Robert Clark for anything!!!
Robert was assigned as the attorney on our case, He was fooled and conned even down to the last details of pretend employment, pretend girlfriends receiving free babysitting in order for father to appear stable, stories of victimized fathers who live with their mothers. He refused to listen to or investigate positions of all parties even though he was explicitly told this was happening. Father was charged with 5 counts of contempt within 2 months of the agreement based on Roberts recommendation and we have spent the last year in court stabilizing the child between both families. Make sure to check Facebook of all parties involved and see if he has friended and check out the organizations he is involved with. Do not hire if the situation is complex.
