Background InformationPrior to founding The Bruchman Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Bruchman worked for two of the largest law firms in Kansas City including one of the Am Law 100 largest law firms in the nation. During law school, Mr. Bruchman served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office. Mr. Bruchman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2001 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas in 2004. He received the CALI award for excellence in Contracts II and was named Spears Scholar for Academic Achievement. Mr. Bruchman was a member of the University of Kansas Honors Program and was named an Ambassador for the University of Kansas.Author of the Kansas Series Limited Liability Company ActConsistent with his long held view that corporate law should not be static, Mr. Bruchman worked to update and shape the Kansas limited liability company landscape.
